Hystory of Welding

Welding has been found  since prehistoric times, as evidenced by the findings of grafting of silver gold copper relics years 4000-3000 BC. At the end of 19th century welding became popular since electrical energy can be developed to joint the metal.

          a. Bernades (1885), Using arc with carbon graphite as electrode by put  2 mm above
              the metal surface.
          b. Zerner ( 1889),  Developing Bernades discovery by using arc generated by the two
carbon electrodes, the electro magnetic force molten metal connection is drawn to
              the place.

          e. Thomson (1886),   Creating resistant welding process
          f.  Gold Smith (1895), Create thermite welding
         g. Fouche dan Piccard (1901), active using oxy-acetylene welding
         h. Lungumir (1926), find hydrogen atom welding
         i. Hobart dan Dener (1926), find arc welding shield gas
         j. Kennedy (1935)
k.Wasserman (1936), find a method connection with the brazing with high quality
